NAI Hiffman, one of the nation’s largest independent real estate services companies, today announced it represented a private ownership group in a 7,941-square-foot lease with Chicago Speech Therapy at 3436 N. Kennicott Ave. in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Chicago Speech Therapy, a provider of services for children with speech and language disorders, will open its newest location within the two-building office campus. The practice has multiple locations in Chicago and the northern suburbs and selected the Arlington Heights property for its accessibility and convenience for families throughout the northwest suburbs.
NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President Jason Wurtz, Associate Broker Sarah Walker and Associate Broker Bennett Baker represented the landlord in the transaction.
The lease comes amid positive momentum for Class B office space in Chicago’s northwest suburbs, which recorded 164,989 square feet of positive net absorption during the second quarter, according to NAI Hiffman research.
