Mark Moran, Steve Connolly and Brett Tomfohrde with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services group represented TIAA in its lease renewal for 34,717 square feet with Cable Plus at 2012 Corporate Lane in Naperville, Illinois. Justin Lerner with Transwestern represented the tenant. The property is 188,560 square feet with 21 exterior docks, three drive-in doors, 28′ clear and is in close proximity to the full interchanges at I-88 and Winfield Road and I-88 and Rt. 59.
The NAI Hiffman team also represented College West Limited Partnership in its new lease with Tecta Roofing for 16,353 square feet at 4813 Kingston Drive in Lisle, Illinois. Brandon Glick with Mohr Partners represented Tecta Roofing, which is relocating from North Aurora.
Lastly, Canino Electric Co., a full-service electrical contractor, represented by Moran and Tomfohrde, signed a long-term lease for 12,200 square feet of space at 41 Plaza Drive in Westmont, Illinois. Canino is relocating and expanding from its current facility in Broadview that they own.
