NAI Hiffman announced that its industrial brokerage team led by Executive Vice President Kelly Disser, together with Executive Vice President Mike Freitag, Senior Associate Bill Byrne and Associate TJ Feeney, completed 16 transactions totaling more than 1.2 million square feet since late March.
The deals, a mix of leases and sales, span strategic industrial corridors across Chicago’s western and southwestern suburbs. More than 65% of the transactions involved food/cold storage or industrial outdoor storage (IOS) uses.

Among the highlights was the 190,000-square-foot lease with BC Foods at 335 Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook. Represented by NAI Hiffman, BC Foods is relocating from nearby 485 Crossroads Parkway to accommodate growth. The lease brings the Prologis-owned building to full occupancy. The tenant is expected to move into the building in September following its buildout of freezer, cooler and temperature-controlled processing space.
Another notable transaction was the full-building lease at 220 Westgate Drive in Carol Stream, which achieved zero days of vacancy for ownership and marks the second successful lease at the property in under three years.
