NAI Hiffman facilitated a transaction that saw Really Useful Boxes, Inc. signing a new lease at 355 Longview Drive in Bloomingdale, IL. NAI Hiffman executive vice presidents Mark Moran and Steve Connolly, SIOR, along with associate Brett Tomfohrde, represented the owner, Stockbridge Capital Group, LLC.

Really Useful Boxes, a manufacturer and distributor of plastic storage boxes based in the United Kingdom, has leased 197,002 square feet at the property, occupying the warehouse for its distribution and manufacturing needs. The company is more than tripling its space since relocating from Elk Grove Village, where it formerly occupied approximately 60,000 square feet of space.

Located in the heart of the central DuPage submarket with close proximity to I-355 via Army Trail Road, 355 Longview Drive spans 271,680 square feet, with 30-foot clear ceiling height, 30 exterior docks, two drive-in doors and 248 car parking spaces.
