NAI Hiffman completed four transactions totaling 11,840 square feet of office space in the last 30 days at One Oakbrook Terrace, located at the intersection of Butterfield Road and 22nd Street.
National actuarial consulting firm, Foster & Foster, renewed its 3,356-square-foot lease in the building and three tenants signed new leases, including: software and website development firm, Alligatortek, to 2,971 square feet, Accountable Healthcare Staffing Inc. to 2,541 square feet and AIMCO to 2,973 square feet.
“Foster & Foster and AIMCO both chose the building due its convenient location, building quality, amenities and existing conditions in each suite,” said Paul Giannopulos of Cresa Partners, who represented the two tenants in their leases. “We are seeing an increase in tenants that are searching for space that limits their capital expenditure; One Oakbrook Terrace accomplished that in both of these transactions.”
The new tenants bring the building’s occupancy to 78.5 percent with remaining space ranging in size from 1,977 square feet to 11,440 square feet. One Oakbrook Terrace is managed by NAI Hiffman, has an on-site management office, 24-hour ATM, covered parking and is in close proximity to I-88.
Mike Van Zandt, executive vice president, and Brian Edgerton, vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented the institutional owner in all four transactions. David Ariola and Hugh Zhang of Chicago Realty Company represented Alligatortek; Matt Baumann of Crosstown Real Estate Advisors LLC represented Accountable Healthcare Staffing Inc.
