NAI Hiffman has completed a new lease within the Regent O’Hare business park. This transaction marks the tenth new lease NAI Hiffman has completed at Regent O’Hare in 2017.
The tenant, SUS America Inc, is a developer, producer and seller of machinery, equipment and unit products for factory automation, building materials and components. Already an existing tenant at Regent O’Hare, SUS America’s growing operations impelled them to seek out larger accommodations within the business park. Their new, 22,500 square-foot location doubled their space.
NAI Hiffman senior associate, Terry Herlihy, represented the landlord, Regent O’Hare, LLC, and executive vice president, Dan O’Neill, along with WHITE CUBE LLC president and CEO, Tak O’Haru, represented the tenant, SUS America Inc, in the deal.
Leased and managed by NAI Hiffman, 1822 Brummel Drive is situated adjacent to O’Hare International Airport and consists of more than 3,300 square feet of office and 19,200 square feet of warehouse space. Additional property features, include: 20’6″ ceiling height, two interior docks and one drive-in door.
The building is located within the eight-building Regent O’Hare business park at 1800-1872 Brummel Drive, with close proximity to Interstate 90 via Elmhurst Road and to I-294 via Touhy Avenue. Regent O’Hare spans 955,460 square feet and has a current occupancy rate of 92 percent, with remaining availability of 80,926 square feet throughout the park. Spaces available range from 3,605 square feet to 20,665 square feet.
