NAI Hiffman recently conducted the sale of 1891 Bay Scott Circle in Naperville, Illinois. The NAI Hiffman team of executive vice president Kelly Disser, senior vice president Adam Johnson and vice president Ryan Chambers represented the seller, JBMT, LLC, in the transaction.

“We were originally tasked with assisting ownership with the lease-up of three vacant spaces, which were completed quickly,” Johnson said. “This leasing success allowed us to sell a stabilized asset in a small office park with a historically high occupancy rate, which helped first attract the buyer.”

Taciturnus Investments, Ltd. purchased the 9,972-square-foot property from JBMT, LLC to increase its west suburban portfolio. Ellsworth Partners LLC represented Taciturnus Investments, Ltd. in the acquisition.
