NAI Hiffman recently represented four tenants in signing new leases and two tenants in purchasing buildings across the Chicagoland industrial market.
In the largest lease, food gift set company, Marketplace Brands, will occupy 154,633 square feet at 1501 Nicholas Blvd., in Elk Grove Village. At 1000 North Main St., in Lombard, Facility Solutions Group (FSG), a provider of lighting products and electrical services, signed a lease with High Street Realty Company, for 47,175 square feet of space.
Fastenal, the largest fastener distributor in North America, also signed a new lease with Twang Holdings for 7,200 square feet within the building at 2427-2435 Braga Dr., in Broadview. Additionally, shipping service company, Datt Express, will move into 5,869 square feet at 650 West Grand Avenue in Elmhurst.
Recent acquisitions include Morgan/Harbour Construction purchasing the 22,098-square-foot building at 7510 South Madison Street in Willowbrook. Renner Supreme has also acquired a 3,000-square-foot space at 1340 & 1350 Ridge Avenue in Elk Grove Village.
