NAI Hiffman’s office team of executive vice president Dan O’Neill and associate Ryan Maher have secured three leases for client JSQ Brush Hill LCC at Brush Hill Office Courte. Located at 740-770 Pasquinelli Drive in Westmont, Illinois, the property is currently 99 percent leased with one 1,227-square-foot space available.
In the first transaction, Sofbang, an existing tenant, plans to extend its lease and add an additional 1,227 square feet, making its overall footprint 3,857 square feet at the building. Sofbang is a system integrator of the Oracle Cloud Platform. Golden Group’s Troy Golden represented the tenant.
Next, Safeway Insurance, an automotive insurance company, renewed its existing lease. It currently occupies 7,643 square feet at the building. Brian Butler of The Butler Group represented the tenant.
Finally, Hummingbird Pediatric Therapy has completed a lease renewal and expansion and plans to occupy 11,521 square feet at the building. NAI Hiffman was the sole broker on the transaction with vice president Aubrey Van Reken representing Hummingbird Pediatric Therapy.
