NAI Hiffman vice presidents Brian Edgerton and Adam Johnson completed five new medical office leases.
In the first transaction, The Oak Lawn Medical Center located at 10837 S. Cicero Avenue in Oak Lawn, Illinois secured a lease extension with Advocate Health Care. Advocate Healthcare currently occupies 12,195 square feet. Brian Edgerton represented Healthcare Trust Inc. and CBRE’s Gary Fazzio and Alli Fazzio represented Advocate Health Care. Oak Lawn Medical Center is currently 100 percent leased, but will have two medical suites coming available later this year ranging between 3,300 to 4,100 square feet.
Next, Edgerton represented Oak Brook Allergists in the relocation of two medical offices. The first is 2,432 square feet at 360 W. Butterfield Rd in Elmhurst, Illinois and the second is 1,594 square feet at 6800 Main Street in Downers Grove, Illinois. James Hopkins of Real Estate Consultants of Illinois, LLC and Rawly Lantz of Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate represented ownership in the transactions.
Finally, Edgerton, in partnership with vice president Adam Johnson, represented MedProperties Group in two new leases at 907 N. Elm Street in Hinsdale, Illinois. Rogers Behavioral Health will lease the entire third floor of the building, 11,110 square feet in total. Advanced Pediatrics will occupy 1,739 square feet. JLL’s Sylvia VanLoveren represented Rogers Behavioral Health and Bespoke Commercial’s Bill Lussow represented Advanced Pediatrics. Located within the Salt Creek Medical Campus, 907 N. Elm Street is currently 60 percent leased with medical offices available ranging from 2,000 to 9,500 square feet.
