NAI Hiffman has represented J&L Contractors, Inc. in its new lease for 223,080 square feet at 440 E. 138 Street in Chicago. The property on the city’s far South Side is now 100 percent leased.
NAI Hiffman senior vice president Ben Cremer and associate Alex Sutterer represented J&L Contractors in the transaction with Ardagh Group, a global leader in glass and metal packaging solutions. It operates 109 glass and metal manufacturing facilities in 22 countries; this industrial lease allows for the expansion of its metal manufacturing in the Chicagoland region.
