Dan Hiffman with NAI Hiffman’s retail services group represented Bluestone Single Tenant Properties in assembling and buying 13 parcels of land totaling four acres in Lombard, Illinois.
The site, located along the southeast corner of North Avenue and North Columbine Avenue, represents Bluestone’s ninth property acquisition in Illinois during the past 15 months.
Plans are underway to build a 7,223-square-foot gas station and convenience store with 20 gas pumps and five diesel pumps. The Village of Lombard’s economic incentive agreement will provide up to $587,000 to offset roadway reconstruction costs to adjacent public streets.
Additionally, in Salem, Indiana, Hiffman represented Burger King in the purchase of an outlot parcel from Cedarwood Development. The land is located in the Super Walmart-anchored development at 1303 E. Hackberry Street.
