NAI Hiffman’s Chris Gary represented an owner and two tenants in two new leases for a combined 62,000 square feet of space in Northwest Indiana’s industrial market.
Insulation Fabricators Inc. signed a lease for 40,000 square feet within Long-Middendorf Corp.’s 600,000-square-foot facility located 20 miles south of Chicago at 3200 Sheffield Ave. in Hammond, Ind. The complex has 100,000 square feet of space remaining, 24-hour building maintenance staff and security and immediate access to I-90. Gary represented both sides in the transaction.
Tower Automotive also signed a new lease for 22,000 square feet at 4407 Railroad Ave. in East Chicago, Ind. Gary represented Tower Automotive in the transaction. Lori Tubbs and Don Wagener of Commercial Advantage Inc. represented ownership, Duke 4407 Holdings LLC.
