NAI Hiffman represented Denholtz Associates in two leases at Butterfield Office Plaza in Oak Brook. Interactive Business Systems, an IT solutions and staffing company, renewed its lease for 14,448 square feet of office space. Another IT services provider, ManageForce, will also occupy the building with a new lease for 2,762 square feet.
In the past year, NAI Hiffman has assisted Butterfield Office Plaza by bringing its occupancy from 59 percent to 81 percent. NAI Hiffman completed 20 transactions at Butterfield Office Plaza in 2012.
Jud Henry, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented Denholtz in both transactions. Aubrey Van Reken, also with NAI Hiffman, represented ManageForce in the new lease.
