NAI Hiffman‘s Larry Much recently represented DREAMWORKS Graphic Communications, LLC, a print communications firm, in the purchase of 2323 Ravine Way in Glenview, Illinois. DREAMWORKS GC, previously located at 5555 Howard Street in Skokie, will be relocating about 8 miles north to the 45,745-square-foot Glenview space that will house its warehouse for print machinery, office and showroom space in one location.
The property was chosen for its close proximity to I-294 and I-94 and convenient access to its existing labor force. Situated in the premier North Shore Corporate Park, the new building offers high ceilings and will serve to promote the firm’s image as a top print communications company. The Corporate Park is home to other firms including North American Corporation, R.A. Zweig, Inc., Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, and several medical offices.
