NAI Hiffman’s Joe Bronson recently represented Edsal, a manufacturer of storage systems and industrial furniture, in its purchase of a 138,996-square-foot industrial building in Chicago. LaGrou Distribution, a third-party logistics provider, sold the property, located at 4124 S. Racine St. Edsal chose the location because it is in close proximity to one of its current facilities with plans to use the new building for additional warehouse and manufacturing space.
