With the help of NAI Hiffman, Gateway Industrial Properties—a Blackstone portfolio company that leases, operates and manages high-quality, well-located industrial assets—has secured a new tenant for its 86,135-square-foot industrial space at 2350 W. Pinehurst Boulevard in Addison, Illinois. This transaction brings the property to 100 percent occupancy.
NAI Hiffman executive vice president Jeff Fischer and associate Pat Hart represented Gateway in the transaction with new tenant, DTE Enterprises. Headquartered in Michigan, DTE Enterprises is the leading service provider of power train components for the mining, oil and gas, metals and wind generation industries.
