NAI Hiffman represents High Street Realty Company in nearly 300,000 square feet of industrial space

NAI Hiffman recently represented High Street Realty Company, a Boston, Mass.-based investment firm, in one sale and three lease transactions totaling 282,157 square feet of industrial space.

In the largest of the three transactions, High Street sold 1001 Foster Avenue, a 79,670-square-foot building in Bensenville, to United Business Mail.

At 340 Remington Boulevard in Bolingbrook, North Coast Logistics signed a new lease for 76,677 square feet. The third-party logistics provider is relocating within the I-55 submarket.

At 419 Village Drive in Carol Stream, High Street signed a 51,010-square-foot lease renewal with Supply Technologies, LLC. The well-located building is in the heart of the Central DuPage submarket with a record-low vacancy rate.

Lastly, ICP Industrial Inc. renewed its lease for 74,800 square feet at 1600 Glenlake Avenue in Itasca.

Mark Moran and Brian Colson, both executive vice presidents with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services group, represented High Street Realty Company in all four transactions. Brett Tomfohrde, Associate with NAI Hiffman, also represented High Street in its new lease at 340 Remington Boulevard.

Steve Kohn with Colliers represented United Business Mail, Dave Prioletti with CBRE represented North Coast Logistics, Brian King with Colliers represented Supply Technologies, LLC and Rick Daly with Darwin Realty represented ICP Industrial, Inc.
