NAI Hiffman has represented owner High Street Realty Company in finalizing a new lease at 1001 Asbury Drive and securing a renewal at 900 Asbury Drive, both in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. NAI Hiffman associate Brandon Waters and executive vice president Jeff Fischer, alongside Ned Frank of Colliers International, represented High Street in the transactions.
In the first lease transaction, new tenant Midmark signed a lease for a 74,024-square-foot industrial space at 1001 Asbury Drive. Moving in later this year, it plans to use the asset for manufacturing and distributing medical, dental and veterinary products. Brad Ruther of Veterans Commercial Real Estate and Adam Mitchell of Savills Studley represented Midmark in the transaction.
Additionally, at 900 Asbury Drive, One2One Communications renewed its lease for 40,010 square feet. The company provides its clients with a single billing system to consolidate consumer needs. These two properties are part of an $86 million, 1.2-million-square-foot portfolio High Street acquired from John Hancock Real Estate earlier this year.
