The address, 700 South Weber Road, is located in Building 3 within the Bolingbrook Corporate Center, which offers 36′ clear ceiling heights and is a great location for tenants, just 1.5 miles north of the I-55 and Weber Road interchange.
The 602,820-square-foot building is LEED® Silver-certified and was developed with sustainable practices in mind including features like an off-site naturalized detention area, skylights and clerestory windows and T-5 warehouse lighting. The building currently has 382,228 square feet of space available.
