NAI Hiffman’s Jeff Fischer has secured an expansion for JBS Logistics & Warehousing, Inc. with owner Liberty Property Trust. JBS will now occupy the complete 382,430 square feet of industrial space within 999 Bilter Road in Aurora, Illinois.

Located within Chicago’s I-88 Corridor submarket, the food-grade warehouse facility features 30-foot ceilings, 68 dock doors and rack storage for over 40,000 pallet positions which is ideal for the company’s needs. JBS, a division of Stan Koch & Sons Trucking, provides high efficiency storage and fulfillment services.

“This additional space will help us keep up with customer demand as our footprint in the Chicago area continues to expand,” said Alec A Gizzi, executive vice president of Chicago operations. “Locking in this space long-term means we can deliver food grade warehouse space for years to come.”
