NAI Hiffman represented PBD Worldwide, a privately held fulfillment company, with renewing its lease for 105,154 square feet of industrial space in Bolingbrook. The space is part of a 256,070-square-foot facility located at 905 Carlow Drive, a block north of the I-55 and Weber Road interchange.

The Bolingbrook location represents one of five warehouse facilities operated by PBD. Other locations include Atlanta, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Hong Kong. Property features at 905 Carlow Drive include low Will County real estate taxes and exposure along Weber Road.

Dan Leahy, SIOR, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented PBD along with Sean Henrick, SIOR, CCIM, and Jason West, SIOR, of Cushman & Wakefield and Cassidy Turley’s Chris White.
