NAI Hiffman’s Chris Gary recently represented PepsiCo Americas in the sale of 12.3 acres of land in University Park. The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW #9) purchased the land with plans to use it for an office building & training center, selecting this location for its close proximity to and visibility from I-57. The property sits on the southwest corner of Joseph Court and Industrial Drive with frontage along I-57.
Gary, vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented PepsiCo Americas in the transaction. IBEW was represented by Mike Fawell of Prudential Rubloff Properties.
