NAI Hiffman recently represented Resource Plastics in a long-term lease for 170,563 square feet of industrial space at 5623 W. 115th St. in Alsip with KTR Capital Partners.
The 399,511-square-foot industrial property has been recently redeveloped by KTR Capital to attract new tenants. Resource Plastics, a plastic recycling, manufacturing and raw material distribution company, is relocating from Blue Island. After a comprehensive search, the firm chose the Alsip location based on its proximity to customers and employees, rail service and heavy electrical distribution to the property.
