NAI Hiffman represented ROC Inc., a real estate investment, development and construction services company, in signing K. Hovnanian T&C Homes to 8,820 square feet of office space at One Naperville Plaza in Naperville. The new tenant, a publicly traded home builder, plans to use the space for its regional office.

One Naperville Plaza is a multi-story 54,109-square-foot building located at 1804 N. Naper Boulevard, just south of I-88. The property is fully renovated, offering custom designed spaces; available spaces range from 3,282 to 4,260 square feet. Property highlights include abundant parking, a high-profile corner location and close proximity to restaurants, shops and other businesses.

Dan O’Neill, Adam Johnson and Jud Henry with NAI Hiffman’s office services group represented ROC Inc. in the transaction. Mark Georgas and Paul Diederich of CBRE represented K. Hovnanian.
