NAI Hiffman recently represented DCT Industrial Trust in the purchase of 1501 N. Michael Drive in Wood Dale from real estate investment management firm, Heitman. At the same time of the purchase, NAI Hiffman represented Hyper Microsystems Inc. in leasing the space.
Hyper Microsystems specializes in asset recovery, remarketing and distribution of new and refurbished consumer electronics and IT Equipment; the firm will utilize 1501 N. Michael for its new corporate headquarters and Chicago-area distribution center. The 174,059-square-foot industrial building is located in the O’Hare submarket, southwest of the Devon Avenue and Wood Dale Road intersection.
Brian Colson, executive vice president, and Eric Fischer, vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group represented DCT Industrial Trust in the sale of the building and Hyper Microsystems in its lease. Mike Sedjo and Jack Brennan of CBRE represented Heitman. Levenfeld Pearlstein LLC acted as legal counsel to Hyper Microsystems Inc.
