NAI Hiffman recently represented TIAA-CREF in its new lease, signing SIRVA Worldwide to 53,372 square feet of office space at Parkview Plaza in Oakbrook Terrace.
SIRVA Worldwide, a worldwide provider of relocation and moving solutions, selected Parkview Plaza based on its high-profile suburban location, amenities and building signage opportunities. SIRVA Worldwide is relocating from neighboring town Westmont and will use the space for its global headquarters.
One Parkview Plaza, located near the intersection of 22nd Street and Route 83, is a 263,912-square-foot, Class A asset. The building is currently 74 percent occupied; available spaces range from 1,300 to 30,448 contiguous square feet. Building features include tollway signage, a deli, a sundry shop, 24-hour manned security, an ATM, covered parking and a health club that features basketball and racquetball courts.
