NAI Hiffman recently represented the ownership of the parcel of land at 218 North Elizabeth Street in Chicago in the sale of the 18,672-square-foot property to Sterling Bay, LLC.
The vacant land site, located at the southwest corner of Fulton and Elizabeth streets, is currently used as a parking lot. Future plans for the lot have not been announced.
Larry Much, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented 218 Elizabeth St. Partners in the transaction.
