NAI Hiffman sells 8,271-square-foot office building on behalf of TCF Bank

NAI Hiffman recently assisted in the sale and purchase of 8,271 square feet of office space at 3675 Darlene Court in Aurora. International Transload Logistics Inc. bought the building from TCF National Bank and will be utilizing part of the building for corporate offices and leasing the remaining space as an investment. NAI Hiffman has been retained to lease the remaining vacant unit. The building is in the upscale Meadow Lakes Corporate Park located five miles south of I-88 and offers lake views, a full basement and abundant parking.

Jim Adler, executive vice president, and Adam Johnson, senior associate with NAI Hiffman’s office services group represented TCF National Bank in the sale. John Cash, SIOR, executive vice president, and David Haigh, senior associate, of the industrial services group represented International Transload Logistics Inc.
