NAI Hiffman executive vice president Brian Colson has completed two lease transactions as the tenant representative of Heritage Travelware Ltd. in Elgin, Illinois. Heritage Travelware is a worldwide supplier of travel goods that has been located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago since 1983.
In the first transaction, Heritage signed a lease extension at 2500-2520 Northwest Parkway in Elgin, where it currently occupies 151,346 square feet as its main headquarters. 2500-2520 Northwest Parkway is an industrial property featuring 19 exterior truck docks and easy access to the Interstate 90-Randall Road interchange.
In the second transaction, Heritage signed a new 69,175-square-foot lease at 2300-2380 Galvin Drive, which will act as an additional distribution center for the organization. Also located in the I-90 Northwest submarket, 2300-2380 Galvin Drive is an industrial property that features six exterior docks, four drive-in doors and 32-foot clear height.
