NAI Hiffman has been selected by Stockbridge to manage its 11-building, 2.6-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Elgin, Illinois.
This latest assignment adds to NAI Hiffman’s existing management portfolio with Stockbridge involving 3 buildings totaling 900,000 square feet, for a combined total of 3.5 million square feet.
Located southwest of the Randall Road and Higgins Road intersection, the portfolio includes: 2790-2794 and 2760-2770 Spectrum Drive; 2300, 2400, 2500 and 2800-2880 Galvin Drive; 2400 and 2500 Vantage Drive; 2500 and 2550 Northwest Parkway; and 2585 Technology Drive.
