NAI Isaac closed lease transactions that will bring a Marshalls and Five Below to the Barren River Plaza retail center in Glasgow, Kentucky.
Paul Ray Smith, executive vice president, and Jim Kemper, vice president, of NAI Isaac, assisted the landlord, Barren River Project, LLC, in the lease transactions.
Kevin Schrieiber and Kevin Mayhugh with The Shopping Center Group represented Marshalls. Michael Anderson with CBRE and Teresa Edwards with Cushman & Wakefield represented Five Below. Both stores are scheduled to open in the spring of 2022.
Barren River Plaza is a 350,000-square-foot retail shopping center anchored by Ruler Foods by Kroger, Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft, Burke’s Outlet and TJ Samson Health Pavilion. It is the largest shopping center in Glasgow.
