T.J. Maxx will open a location in the Somerset, Ken.-based Grand Central Place shopping center thanks in part to the efforts of Lexington, Ken.-based NAI Isaac.
T.J. Maxx will fill the space formerly occupied by HomeWorx & Discount Central. The 24,000-square-foot store is slated to open in the spring of 2012. At the end of 2010, T.J. Maxx operated 923 stores.
Anchored by Kroger, Goody’s, Dunham Sports and the new Hobby Lobby, Grand Central Place is located in Somerset at the intersection of Grand Central Blvd. and US-27.
