Lexington, Ken.-based NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of more than 1.3 acres of land in Lexington.
The 1.37-acre parcel of land is located at 316 W. High St., at the corner of South Broadway and West High Street across from Rupp Arena.
A local investment group, South Hill, LLC, purchased the property.
Al Isaac and John Miller of NAI Isaac represented the seller, FUMC Realty, Inc. in the transaction.
