Al Isaac, president, and Jamie Adams, vice president, of NAI Isaac recently facilitated the sale of 0.853 acres in Versailles, Kentucky.
The development lot is located in Equestrian Park, a well-known development area recently occupied by O’Reilly Auto Parts and the future home of Crossroads IGA. Jay Ingram with Alton Webb Commercial Real Estate represented the purchaser.
The lot was purchased by Transylvania Land Company, Inc., which plans to open Biggby Coffee. Biggby Coffee is a franchised QSR company with locations in a total of nine states throughout the United States. This will be the company’s seventh location in Kentucky and its first in Versailles.
