NAI Isaac completed a retail lease with El Cid Mexican Restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky.
Zach Smith, an associate with NAI Isaac, represented El Cid during the lease transaction. Alaina Stokes with Block + Lot Real Estate represented the landlord.
The new location will be at 701 National Ave. and will include a rooftop patio. El Cid anticipates a late spring or early summer 2021 opening date.
National Avenue is part of Lexington’s popular Warehouse Block, where several restaurants, small businesses and retailers have opened businesses.
