NAI Isaac closed the sale of 2006 Patriot Way in Independence, Kentucky. The 2,440-square-foot former bank branch was sold to a private investor.
Al Isaac, president, Jamie Adams, vice president, and J.L. Cannady, assistant vice president, of NAI Isaac, represented Wesbanco during sale transaction.
The building is located on the northeast signalized corner of Patriot Way and Madison Pike just north of downtown Independence.
