Lexington, Ken.-based NAI Isaac Commercial Properties recently helped arrange the sale of an industrial listing in central Kentucky that covers more than 1 million square feet on 108 acres.
The property, known as the Corbin facility, is located 85 miles south of Lexington and 65 miles north of Knoxville, Tenn. Formerly home to American Greetings, the facility was purchased by Webbed Sphere, Inc.
NAI Isaac Commercial Properties’ senior vice president Bruce Isaac and Dov Sorotzkin with Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller.
