Biscuit Belly will be opening its first Lexington, Kentucky, location at 652 E. Main St.
Jamie Adams and JL Cannady of NAI Isaac represented the owner in the purchase and lease transactions of the property.
Paul Ray Smith and Zach Smith represented Shoffner Family Foods, LLC dba Biscuit Belly, alongside Lorianne Bonn with Gant Hill & Associates. Weston Lockhart and Nathan Dilly with SVN Stone Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
This location will be the first of several planned stores for Biscuit Belly in the Central Kentucky market, and is slated to open in mid-September of this year.
Biscuit Belly serves breakfast and brunch seven days a week.
