Paul Ray Smith, executive vice president, and Jamie Adams, vice president, of NAI Isaac recently negotiated the lease of 200 Lexington Green Circle in Lexington, Kentucky, to Goodwood Brewing Co.
The Louisville-based brewery is expanding into the Lexington market after opening similar brewpubs in Louisville and Frankfort.
The 5,236-square-foot location is anticipated to open December 2020
Goodwood Brewing Co. plans to offer outdoor seating, a bar area with a 40-handle daft system, numerous TVs and a mezzanine for private dining and an up-close view of the in-house brewing system.
Adams and Smith represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Alex Donoghue with The Real Estate Services Group represented the tenant.
