Paul Ray Smith, executive vice president, and Jim Kemper, vice president, of NAI Isaac recently represented property owner Ramsey Pike, LLC in the re-tenanting of the former Magic Mart property in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Big Lots leased 43,500 square feet and Harbor Freight Tools leased the balance of the building. These leases provide long-term stability to the property and will be anchors for the balance of the development.
