NAI Isasac brokered the sale of an industrial building of more than 223,500 square feet in Monticello, Kentucky.
The property was sold to Fitzgerald Industries, which manufactures aluminum dump truck beds. The new business will create 250 full-time jobs.
Bruce Isaac of NAI Isaac and Tim McCarthy with JLL represented Belden Wire and Cable, the seller, in the sale. Ron Dunnington with Mid-America Real Estate represented the buyer.
