Al Isaac, president of NAI Isaac, recently facilitated the sale of 1.45 acres in Georgetown, Kentucky, to Clark Central, LLC.
The development lot, located at the corner of Cherry Blossom Way and I-75 at Exit 129 and adjacent to Quality Inn, will soon be home to a new Clark’s Pump-N-Shop.
Founded in Westwood, Kentucky, Clark’s Pump-N-Shop operates more than 67 convenience store locations throughout Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia and Florida.
