NAI Isaac closed the sale of 268-278 Southland Drive in Lexington, Kentucky. The 16,300-square-foot retail center was sold to a local investor. NAI Isaac has also assumed management responsibility for the property.
The property is located in the fastest-growing, predominately locally-owned retail corridor in Lexington. The property consists of two buildings and is occupied by Planned Parenthood, Gold & Diamond Apparel, GDA Jewelers, Lexington Healing Arts Academy, Associates in Rehab and Providence Community Church.
Jamie Adams, vice president, and J.L. Cannady, assistant vice president, with NAI Isaac represented the purchaser during the sale transaction. John Bunch with SVN Stone Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
