NAI Isaac closed the sale of Ruccio Pavilion at 220 Ruccio Way in Lexington, Kentucky.
The 17,649-square-foot shopping center was sold to Ruccio Shoppes, LLC.
Al Isaac, president, and Jim Holbrook, assistant vice president, of NAI Isaac, represented the seller. John Bunch with SVN Stone represented the purchaser.
The retail center is shadow-anchored by Meijer near the Nicholasville Road retail corridor in south Lexington. The center is in close proximity to Fayette Mall, Target, The Mall at Lexington Green and Embassy Suites Hotel. Tenants of the center include Mr. Brews Taphouse, Commonwealth Dentistry, Aqua-Tots Swim School, Thomas Sewing Center and Cuts & Paste Craft Studio.
