NAI Isaac closed the sale of 1810-1812 N. Main St. in London, Kentucky. The 26,000-square-foot retail center was sold to a local investor who plans to use most of property for its business.
The property is located in close proximity to Daniel Boone Parkway and I-75, Exit 41. AutoZone also leases space in the center.
Executive vice president Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper, vice president with NAI Isaac, represented the seller in the transaction.
