NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of a 38,796-square-foot industrial building at 1060 W. High St. in Lexington, Kentucky.
The building was sold to 10 Talents LLC, which plans to open a GreenBox Heating and Air operation at the location. GreenBox provides HVAC and plumbing services to commercial and residential customers.
Bruce Isaac and Jim Holbrook with NAI Isaac represented the seller during the transaction. Alaina Stokes and Clay Angelucci with Block and Lot represented the buyer.
