Lexington, Ken.-based NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of 2257 Harrodsburg Road, a 3,500-square-foot office building in Lexington.
The former Central Bank location was purchased by AMRC, LLC and AE Collins for $440,000.
Chad Voelkert, a senior associate at NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the buyer in this transaction.
