Lexington-based NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of two Kentucky medical facilities.
NAI Isaac helped sell 7160 North Mayo Trail in Pikeville, Ken., and 189 West Highway 195 in London, Ken.
The Pikeville facility is a 6,576-square-foot free-standing medical office building on 4.3 acres. The London facility is a 5,594-square-foot free-standing medical office building on 1.37 acres.
An investor purchased the buildings for $1.8 million. Al Isaac, president of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, handled the transaction for the seller, Physicians Services, P.S.C.
