NAI Isaac recently closed the sale of 183 Moore Drive in Lexington, Kentucky. The 13,120-square-foot two-story building, situated on 0.51 acres, was sold to a local investor.
183 Moore Drive is located in a high-traffic area just off Nicholasville Road near New Circle Road in close proximity to numerous retail shops, restaurants, medical service providers, University of Kentucky campus and downtown Lexington.
Bruce Isaac, senior vice president, and Jim Kemper, vice president, with NAI Isaac represented the seller. Andrew Mueller with The Gibson Company represented the buyer.
